Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer various shipping tiers based on your location:

  • Metropolitan France and Luxembourg:

    • Orders under €55.00: Flat rate shipping fee of €6.50

    • Orders of €55.00 and above: FREE

  • Other EU countries
    • Ireland
      • Orders under €100.00: Flat rate shipping fee of €25 via DHL Express Worldwide
      • Orders of €100.00 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

  • Asia
    • Singapore:

      • Orders under S$219: Flat rate shipping fee of S$69 via DHL Express Worldwide

      • Orders of S$219 and above: FREE via DHL Express Worldwide

3. Estimated Delivery

  • France: 2-3 business days.

  • Luxembourg : 1-2 business days.

  • Othe EU countries: 3-5 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.

  • Singapore (Express): 3-5 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.

4. Taxes and Duties

  • EU countries: there are no customs duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout includes the applicable local VAT.
  • Singapore
    • Orders under S$400: No tax is charged. Your package will be delivered directly to your door with no extra fees. 
    • Orders over S$400: A mandatory 9% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies. If your order exceeds this amount, DHL will contact you via SMS or email with a secure link to settle the tax and a small administrative fee online before the final delivery.

5. How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wholebeauty.care with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
