Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt to return your items to us.

Hygiene first: for obvious health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products are subject to strict rules. We don't take back a product that has been opened, unboxed, or tested.

  • The plastic film (blister pack) must be intact.

  • The protective seal must not have been removed.

  • The packaging must not be damaged nor open.

If you have opened the product, even just to smell it, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or proceed with a refund.

2. How to make a return? (Step-by-step procedure)

To ensure your refund is processed quickly, please follow this procedure:

Step 1: Contact us Before sending anything back, please send us a quick email at support@wholebeauty.care with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The name of the product you wish to return.

  3. Confirmation that the product is still sealed. We will then confirm if the return is possible.

Step 2: Pack Place the intact and unopened products in a sturdy box. Ensure they are well cushioned so they do not get damaged during transport.

Step 3: Ship Send the parcel to the following address:

Note: Return shipping costs are at your expense.

3. Refund

Once your parcel is received and checked by our team:

  1. We meticulously inspect the product to confirm it is new, unused, and that all hygiene seals (lid seal, plastic film) are perfectly intact.

  2. If everything is compliant, we proceed with the refund of the returned items. (Note: In the context of a partial return of an order, the initial delivery costs are not refunded).

  3. The transfer is made within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used for your order.
