1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders to Metropolitan France.

Orders under €55.00: Flat rate shipping fee of €6.50.

Orders of €55.00 and above: We offer Free Standard Shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery
Your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Standard Delivery: Generally takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive.
4. Taxes and Duties
Within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout includes the applicable local VAT.
5. How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wholebeauty.care with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
